Booking Policy

All online bookings require a $25 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel I will reschedule within 24hrs and apply the deposit to your service. Not transferable after 24 hours.

If you arrive with live fleas or ticks, I may refuse service, or charge  $30 for a mandatory flea and tick treatment.

I am located in the Westmoreland Heights area of Oak Cliff. Since the salon is in my home, I will provide the exact location when booking is confirmed.

I have the right to refuse service for missed appointments, bad behavior, or for pets that may need veterinary care or special handling that is beyond my capabilities. Safety is my first priority, and I will communicate if I cannot provide a safe service.
